In line with our commitment to customer service and support our dedicated support desk offers a comprehensive after sales service reflecting the mission critical role that our software plays in our customer's business. Extended support contracts, out of hours support agreements, can all be built to specification should the standard contract not be appropriate to requirements.

Consultancy

All ex bankers themselves our consultant's plan, project manage and assist in the implementation of our software. Each of our consultants has many years of experience in both banking and computers. Their in depth knowledge means that they offer a wide range of skills to our customers over and beyond implementing systems.

Workshops and Reality Checks

Workshops and Reality Checks take place each time new modules are installed or the software is upgraded. This ensures that our customers are using our software to its fullest capacity thus maximising their investment and its efficiency.

Training

We have a complete range of training courses to compliment our software. To gain maximum advantage training is normally held in our purpose built London training centre although training programs can be custom-built, to be held off site, to meet the needs of an individual customer if required.

Disaster Recovery*

As a supplier of essential solutions we complete our comprehensive service with the provision of a dedicated Business Continuity service. For many of our customers we offer Banking Operational Support Service (BOSS), which is a purpose built disaster recovery suite around which they can plan, build and test their contingency plans. It comprises a fully equipped modern office, computer systems configured to run our software, SWIFT and telex devices. Everything is on warm standby twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Improvements in telecommunications technology mean even our overseas customers can back up their mission critical systems electronically over the Internet.

Facilities Management*

Where appropriate we will manage a customer's computer installation doing away with the need for in-house technical skills.
